Save in Multiple Locations with SHIFT Z

Google Drive allows users to access a single document from multiple folders, without making multiple copies of the document. To make a document (any file type) “live” in more than 1 folder, simply click the file once and then press SHIFT and Z. This essentially creates a shortcut to the document that you can then put in any folder you wish. That way, you can edit one document one time and the updates will appear no matter where you go to access the document!
