Branches of Power | iCivics

Branches of PowerBranches of Power | iCivics.

Here's a great game to help teach middle school and high school kids about the powers & responsibilities of the American lawmaking process.  This interactive game simulates many of the steps and considerations needed to take an idea completely through the legislative process.  This would make a great activity to use in a computer lab setting to support a lesson on how a bill becomes a law, and practice almost-first-hand all the steps in the process.

I found this link at the iLearn Technology blog.
